Very important with regards to our modern lifestyles. T’ai Chi also aids in the reduction of stress along with its myriad of physical benefits.
Jangled nerves and anxiety affect almost every population group, especially in Western civilisation. The regular practice of T’ai Chi teaches you to consciously relax your mind and body.
Because T’ai Chi moves through the Central Nervous System, the process of relaxation begins by smoothing out the functioning of the nerves - T’ai Chi trains the body to relax at increasingly deeper physical, mental and emotional levels.

We also hold advanced T’ai Chi classes every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 8pm - 9:30pm.
